The employer-employee relationship can be overwhelming and even threatening to your helper who is, perhaps, both new to Hong Kong as well as to your family. This could lead to training blocks.

Time is everyone’s scarcest resource and the lack of it may cause frustration for you in the short term when gaps of knowledge exist between you and your helper.

The information we give is organized and concise so as to be effective. We communicate to your helper in a way they can grasp and in an open, fun, inviting atmosphere.
