I feel after the Superhelper course, Zeny felt much more confident & was able to work in a more independent manner for our very busy household. She enjoyed the course very much & even after working for other western families, she still learnt alot from the course. The course is very comprehensive and covers important topics including etiquette, communication skills, and having a good attitude. Nov 4, 2004 -- (translated) I was a little apprehensive at first because I couldn't believe I needed to go to housekeeping school after 16 years of work with my employers. I was so thrilled to be part of the course. I learned so many useful things about managing the household I did not know before. There were so many clever strategies taught. I got all my questions answered about how to properly clean marble, granite, how to iron shirts and silks. I realised my boss was after my well-being. I immediately recommended the course to many of my helper colleagues. It was a wonderful experience and I was proud to have been through the Superhelper training.
