January 14, 2005 -- Thank you very much for the feedback. We're extremely happy with Zeny. I feel after the Superhelper course, Zeny felt much more confident & was able to work in a more independent manner for our very busy household. She enjoyed the course very much & even after working for other western families, she still learnt alot from the course. (She was quite thrilled to learn about the different wine glasses) It also confirmed her knowledge that she already had was correct, this has further increased her confidence. We have noticed a difference in her organisation of her time & her efficency while she is cleaning.
I wish you every success in your future courses. I will have no hesitation to recommend your course to my friends.

Dec 8, 2004 -- I felt that my helper came back with a lot of useful information and techniques on how to be more efficient and effective at her job. The course is very comprehensive and covers important topics including etiquette, communication skills, and having a good attitude. The feedback memo was also very helpful and provided valuable tips on how I, as an employer, can encourage my helper with praise and reminders.

Dec 8, 2004 -- I thought the course was well structured and in getting feedback from Rosalyn it seems that it was very hands on and interactive. This is a decided plus in any course of this nature. While I am sure that employers will differ regarding techniques and tools to use, the information you have provided gives a solid foundation on which to build.

Nov 6 2004 -- My helper, Emily came back from the first day of the course, feeling extremely gracious and pleased. She said she learned a lot about manners and cleaning methods. What's important, she feels the job of a helper can be fulfilling and rewarding.

Nov 4, 2004 -- (translated) I was a little apprehensive at first because I couldn't believe I needed to go to housekeeping school after 16 years of work with my employers. I was so thrilled to be part of the course. I learned so many useful things about managing the household I did not know before. There were so many clever strategies taught. I got all my questions answered about how to properly clean marble, granite, how to iron shirts and silks. I realised my boss was after my well-being.
I immediately recommended the course to many of my helper colleagues. It was a wonderful experience and I was proud to have been through the Superhelper training.
I can see it would be very helpful especially to those helpers who are starting new in their jobs.
It's been a big help!

Oct 20 2004 -- (translated) I will recommend this course to my other helper friends and hopefully their bosses agree to send them.
I have been working with a Chinese family for many years and this is my first time with a Western family. I am so glad I came here because it gave a good idea of what to do for their household.

Oct 6 2004 -- (translated) I almost quit my job when I learned I was to go to Superhelper because I thought my boss did not appreciate me.
I found the course very interesting. It helped me to organise my day and keep track of my tasks. I learned the importance of saying 'I'm sorry' right away.
